This $500 million mixed-use project by Triangle Equities and Incline Capital will offer 820 residential units across 375,000 square feet, along with 200,000 square feet dedicated to retail, restaurant, and commercial spaces. The new Super ShopRite will serve as an anchor, enhancing convenience for the local community of East Orange.

As we complete the residential units and building façade, the next steps will involve finishing the community’s outdoor spaces and landscaping.
