Good morning, Team! The 125 Pompton Plains Crossroad project continues to make great strides, and we’re thrilled to share our progress. The site is transforming rapidly, with the team now moving on to the interior.
Our team is hard at work, ensuring that every aspect aligns with our vision of a functional and sustainable warehouse space. As we continue to advance, sustainable elements such as solar panels and EV chargers are on track for installation. Check out the video above and photos below to see how far we’ve come.
What’s Next?
From its beginnings as a basic lot with minimal infrastructure, this site has undergone an impressive transformation. We’ve already implemented comprehensive stormwater management measures, bringing the property up to NJDEP standards. Moving forward, we’ll keep you updated as we bring this facility to completion.
