We’re back with an exciting quick update on our transformative project at 23-30 Borden Avenue, also known as The Borden Complex. This unique development, a blend of high-end warehouse and cutting-edge production studios, is rapidly taking shape in Long Island City, and we can’t wait to share the latest advancements with you.
Soaring Structures and Innovative Designs
As you’ll see in the stunning drone footage and accompanying photos, construction has made huge strides. The Borden Complex proudly stands, with its 40-foot high ceilings, creating a vast and impressive space. The vertical parking and loading facilities promise efficiency and convenience for future occupants.
The warehouse section boas an incredible 50 dock doors. These images capture the bustling activity on site, with cranes and construction crews working diligently to bring our vision to life.
The Borden Complex is set to be a catalyst for growth and innovation in the area. It’s thrilling to see this hub of creativity and commerce take physical form.
Our construction management team is making excellent progress towards on-time completion.
